  • Who is responsible for the bail bond?

    The Indemnitor is responsible for the bond's value and any fees paid to apprehend the defendant and return them to the appropriate facility.(transportation costs).

  • How long does a bail bond last?

    It's good until the case is closed or the charges are dropped.

  • What is the refund policy for bail bond premium?

    Once the bail bond is posted and accepted by a court or jail, the bail bond takes liability. Then, the bail bond premium is fully earned and is non-refundable. It does not matter if the Client is out for 5 minutes or 5 months.

  • What hours does our bail agencies operate?

    We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

  • Where do I get a bail bond?

    A licensed bail agent will discuss your situation and assist with all of your bail bond needs confidentially.

  • Where is a bail bond posted?

    At most courts and jails, and most jails accept bail bonds 24/7, 365 of the year.

  • What is a surety bail bond?

    A bail bond, or surety bond, is a financial guarantee that the defendant will appear in each court appearance as the court directs. Failure of the defendant to comply with the court's conditions could result in warrants issued and bail bonds forfeited.

  • What is a Cash Bond?

    A bail bond company does not do this. Cash bonds are paid in cash directly to jail during regular daytime hours or by a money order after business hours and weekends.


  • How do I pay for a Contempt of Court Charge?

    Just like Cash Bonds. Bail Bond companies do not do Contempt of Court charges.
